Not too Big and Not too Small. Enjoy a wonderful view of Matagorda Bay from the covered deck! Very comfortable. Short walk to the beach and Fishing Pier. Nice paved covered Patio Area for entertaining or BBQ. Rocked Side Driveway for your boat (uncovered). Two Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms in the house P L U S a bathroom/washer and dryer MUDROOM in the downstairs - so convenient. So much for your money at the Pope House.
