Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O’Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

Located in a more quiet area of Port O'Connor on Coastal Oaks Loop, this home provides plenty of room to spread out and boasts a large enclosed garage to park your boat, car or side by side! Four (4) bedrooms and three (3) baths with ten (10) beds makes this a go-to for the family getaway, corporate group or fishing buddies. A spacious kitchen and living area with a convenient door to the garage makes it easy for boat preps day or night rain or shine! The fabulous covered back porch includes Outdoor Furniture for lounging as you watch the large flat screen TV and a Traeger Pellet Grill for your outdoor cooking needs (bring your own pellets). In the backyard is a fire pit as well so don't forget your fire wood (note-fire pit-use only when burn ban lifted). This home features YouTubeTV so you will need to sign in to your own apps for the viewing you wish, there are plenty of programs on YouTubeTV but you may wish to watch other sports etc as well and for that you need your own app logins.
