The fantastic Tide Runner Retreat! This five (5) bedroom five and one half (5.5) bath home features all the amenities you would want for a POC vacation including a POOL/HOT TUB and Poolside Built-in Cooking Area with Ice Machine, Grill, Griddle and Breezeway Bar. A 2023 Build, this home is one of a kind built specifically for the rental guest in mind. This is a popular spot so book early and often and enjoy the very best that POC has to offer. Note Cargo Lift is NOT for guest use. Special pool/hot tub notice---guests must shower off before you enter pool especially rinse saltwater off, also please do not add water of any kind to the pool it will alter the Ph and cause issues, no lifeguard on duty. A Dedicated 4 Seat Electric Golf Cart for EXTRA Daily Fee or $120 Must provide copy of your auto insurance and valid driver license and sign a release...no unlicensed drivers allowed at any time.
