Waterfront-Bates House is back in our lineup of high end luxury waterfront properties on a limited basis.  The owners have taken the lovely home from great to marvelous with recent upgrades.  This is the place to make your coastal vacation dreams come true at this one of a kind home.  Dolphin Point, where Bates House is located is a prime spot on the ICW for access to both bay and offshore fishing.  The boat lift will accommodate a wide variety of boats 24' and under so if yours is larger please check with the office to be sure the lift will handle the size and weight of your fishing rig.  Welcome to POC!  Security cameras in use at this property.



This Unit is Not Pet Friendly



Important Occupancy Rules--Due to community restrictions, your party can have NO more than 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 13. 



Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O’Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING:   personal toiletries (like shampoo), beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.  Please byo paper towels.



TRAVEL PROTECTION:  If you have an unexpected issue and need to cancel or change dates for your trip or if we have a rain event from weather threats like thunderstorms, cold fronts or hurricanes and you are wondering about rescheduling or moving dates or cancelling we recommend TRIP INSURANCE or TRAVEL PROTECTION to cover these issues.
