Casa O'Connor Up is a vertical duplex and you will be renting the Upstairs (2nd & 3rd Floor) portion of this home.  LOCATION is everything in POC and this one is conveniently located on the ICW walking distance from Froggy's Bait Camp and the Public Boat Ramp.  This home features expansive views of the ICW and our Bay System.  The 60' pier has a t-head on the ICW for fishing fun.



This Unit is Not Pet Friendly



Note: House is built on zero lot line, parking Prohibited on either side of house. Towing enforced.  Do not hang over into the street when parked in the driveway or you could be towed.



Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O’Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING:   personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.
