Casa O'Connor Up is a vertical duplex and you will be renting the Upstairs (2nd & 3rd Floor) portion of this home. The UP unit comes with one boat lift stall. LOCATION is everything in POC and this one is conveniently located on the ICW walking distance from Froggie's Bait Camp and the Public Boat Ramp. This home features expansive views of the ICW and our Bay System. The 60' pier has a t-head on the ICW for fishing fun, but just in case, the Owner's have provided wi-fi internet access if you must crack open the lap-top!
