Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O’Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

Casa O'Connor Down is Just the right size for 2 on the water with a lift stall. You are renting the downstairs portion of this vertical duplex. LOCATION is everything in POC and this one is conveniently located on the ICW walking distance from Froggie's Bait Camp and the Public Boat Ramp. This home features expansive views of the ICW and our Bay System. The 60' pier has a t-head on the ICW for fishing fun, but just in case, the Owner's have provided wi-fi internet access if you must crack open the lap-top!
