COCO LOCO formerly know as Pelican 54 is being updated and refreshed for renters to enjoy this beautiful home located in Larry’s Harbor. Large master bedroom with three additional bedrooms. A total of 8 beds! Large rear deck with LP BBQ and views of the ICW. Satellite television, WiFi and all the amenities your family or group needs to enjoy a great time on or off the water. This home rental comes with your right to launch your boat in the Larry's Harbor private boat ramp! That's a convenient perk especially during the busy season in POC. Coco Loco has a new owner dedicated to the enjoyment of the guest.
